ck4444 Terms and Conditions

1. General Terms

This document serves as a legal agreement between ck4444 and the platform user. The terms stated here apply equally to all users — whether using sports betting, casino games, virtual sports, or any other service.

ck4444 operates an online gaming and betting service for Bangladeshi users. The service is provided entirely through digital channels. The user acknowledges that they are using this service at their own responsibility.

ck4444 reserves the right to partially or fully amend these terms at any time. Users will be notified through the platform before changes take effect.

1.1 Scope of Service

ck4444's services include: sports betting (cricket, football and other sports), live casino, slot games, virtual sports, fishing games and Super Wheel. Specific rules apply to each category, detailed on the relevant pages.

1.2 User Consent

By accessing the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to follow these terms. Continued use of the service means consent to each updated set of terms.

2. Account Registration and Management

Creating a personal account is required to use services on ck4444. Each individual may operate only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, ck4444 reserves the right to close all such accounts immediately and the balance may be forfeited.

2.1 Registration Information

Information provided when creating an account — name, mobile number, date of birth — must be completely accurate and up to date. Registering with false or incorrect information may result in permanent account closure.

• A valid mobile number is required — OTP verification will be completed on this number.
• A username cannot be changed once set.
• Keeping the password secure is entirely the user's responsibility.
• Sharing login details with third parties is strictly prohibited.

2.2 Account Security

If unauthorised access to your ck4444 account occurs, notify the support team immediately via live chat. The user is responsible for all activity on the account.

3. Age Verification and Eligibility

ck4444 may request a copy of a government-issued ID at any time for age and identity verification. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

3.1 Ineligible Persons

• Any individual under the age of 21.
• Residents of areas where online gaming is legally prohibited.
• Individuals previously banned by ck4444.
• Individuals who have placed a self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming policy.

4. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

All financial transactions on ck4444 are handled through fully secure and encrypted channels. bKash, Nagad and Rocket are accepted as deposit and withdrawal methods on the platform.

4.1 Withdrawal Process

After a withdrawal request is submitted, funds are sent within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Large withdrawal requests may be delayed until verification is complete. The mobile banking number used for withdrawal must match the registered number.

4.2 Transaction Rejection

ck4444 reserves the right to reject or suspend a withdrawal request in any of the following circumstances:

• Account verification is incomplete.
• Bonus wagering requirements have not been met.
• Unusual or suspicious transaction patterns are detected.
• Conflicting information is found on the account.

5. Bonus and Promotion Terms

ck4444 offers various bonuses from time to time. Each bonus comes with specific conditions that must be met before any winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

A 200% bonus is available on the first deposit at ck4444, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. A 20x wagering requirement on the bonus amount must be completed before the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.2 General Bonus Rules

• A bonus offer can be used only once per account.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after wagering is completed.
• A bonus is not direct cash or free money — it increases playing opportunity.
• ck4444 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If an attempt is made to earn a bonus through multiple accounts or unusual betting patterns, the account will be closed and the bonus forfeited.

5.3 VIP Cashback Program

The ck4444 VIP program has three tiers. A cashback at a set rate applies to weekly net losses at each tier.

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% cashback per week.
• Silver: Up to 0.5% cashback per week.
• Gold: Up to 0.8% cashback per week.

Cashback is calculated from the total net loss for that week (total losses minus total winnings). For example, if a Silver tier member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week, they will receive a maximum of ৳30,000 × 0.5% = ৳100 cashback.
